Experimenting with Nature
Her interest in soap making began five years ago when she attended an online coaching class to understand the basics of natural skincare products. What started as a small experiment in her kitchen soon turned into a passion. Sneha began exploring different natural ingredients, experimenting with combinations, and studying their effects on various skin types.
She made soaps with ingredients like moong dal, aloe vera, white rice, sandal and red sandal, shangu pushpam (Butterfly Pea Flower), saffron— all known for their natural healing properties. Each experiment taught her something new — how to balance texture, fragrance, and moisturizing quality without compromising on the purity of ingredients.
Her soaps weren’t just cleansing bars; they were little handmade pieces of care — filled with love, patience, and the richness of nature.
The Birth of PURE
As her confidence and experience grew, Sneha decided to officially name her brand PURE — a perfect reflection of what her products stood for. “Every soap I made carried the promise of being maximum natural and organic,” she recalls. “That’s how the name ‘PURE’ felt just right.”
PURE was never just a brand name; it became her philosophy. She ensured that each soap and oil was made from purely organic bases, free from harmful chemicals, and gentle enough to be used by everyone — from infants to elderly.
Her commitment to quality quickly built trust among users. The results spoke for themselves — customers found relief from dryness, rashes, and other skin problems after using PURE products. What started as an experiment for personal satisfaction soon turned into a fast-growing home business.
Expanding the Range
Sneha didn’t stop at soaps. Over time, she also began making organic oils for various skin issues — each carefully formulated using home-grown ingredients. Her products addressed not only cosmetic concerns but also real skin conditions like eczema, acne, and pigmentation.

Her stall at local fairs and exhibitions attracted people looking for safe, natural skincare options. “Through Kudumba Sree, my products got visibility among more people, and sales improved beyond what I imagined,” she says proudly.

Behind every successful woman stands a supportive family — and Sneha’s journey is no exception. Her husband, who has been her unwavering supporter from day one, encouraged her to dream bigger and take her business seriously. Her two children, Dhwani (6th grade) and Dhananjay (4th grade), are her biggest cheerleaders. “They are my inspiration,” she says with a smile. “Their excitement every time a new soap batch is ready makes all the effort worthwhile.”
The Road Ahead
Today, PURE has become a trusted name among a loyal customer base in both India and the UAE. Sneha continues to experiment with new natural ingredients and innovative blends. She dreams of expanding her product line further — introducing natural scrubs, lip balms, and shampoos under the PURE brand.
But her goal remains unchanged — to deliver skincare that is safe, natural, and truly pure with less chemicals, more natural contents which is truly pure “I want people to understand that skincare doesn’t have to come from just chemicals,” she explains. “Nature has given us everything we need. We just have to use it wisely.”
